GOGquest
"Corvus always collects."
Gold or Grave · Solana · $GOG Token
GOGquest is a decentralized bounty hunting platform built on Solana. Anyone can post a quest — a task with a real SOL reward locked in escrow. Hunters browse the board, claim quests, complete work, and get paid on-chain. Every completed quest mints an NFT card. Every failed quest is burned.
The platform is governed by $GOG, Solana's first bounty-native token. Corvus — GOGquest's AI judge — evaluates quest completion, assigns rarity, and enforces the code of the guild.
Gold or Grave. There is no middle ground. Every quest ends in a payout or a burn. Corvus does not negotiate.
Vision
The future of work on-chain isn't about payroll. It's about bounties. Clear scope, locked rewards, instant settlement. No invoices, no net-30, no disputes decided by someone who wasn't there.
GOGquest builds the infrastructure for this future — starting with the simplest primitive: a quest board where work gets posted, claimed, judged, and paid. All of it on Solana. All of it enforced by code and Corvus.
The Problem
Freelance is Broken
The current freelance market is plagued by platform fees (20–30%), slow payment cycles, opaque dispute resolution, and geographic payment barriers. Talent in emerging markets is locked out or penalized.
Web3 Bounties Have No Standard
Existing Web3 bounty platforms lack standardization, have no reliable evaluation mechanism, and offer no persistent record of a hunter's track record. Reputation is siloed per platform and non-transferable.
Talent goes unpaid. Work goes undone. Platforms extract rent. Corvus does not accept this.
The Solution
GOGquest introduces three primitives that fix the broken freelance market:
-
IOn-Chain Escrow
SOL rewards are locked at quest creation. No trust required. When Corvus confirms completion, the escrow releases automatically.
-
IIAI Evaluation
Corvus analyzes submitted work against quest requirements. No human arbiters, no bias, no delays. The verdict is final.
-
IIINFT Track Record
Every completed quest mints a permanent NFT card on Solana. Hunters build a verifiable, chain-native portfolio that travels with their wallet.
How It Works
The GOGquest lifecycle has four phases:
-
IPost the Quest
A quest giver connects their Phantom wallet, describes the task, sets a SOL reward, and locks it in escrow. Corvus analyzes the submission and assigns a rarity tier.
-
IIHunters Claim
The quest appears on the board with its rarity, reward, and deadline. Any hunter can claim it. Once claimed, the quest is locked — no simultaneous claimants.
-
IIIWork & Submit
The hunter completes the work and submits their deliverable through GOGquest. Corvus evaluates against the quest requirements.
-
IVGold or Grave
Pass — escrow releases, hunter gets paid, NFT card minted. Fail — escrow returns to quest giver, hunter's attempt is burned on-chain.
Quest System
Quests are the atomic unit of GOGquest. Each quest has:
| Field | Description | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Short quest name (max 80 chars) | Yes |
| Description | Full task brief with acceptance criteria | Yes |
| Reward | SOL amount locked in escrow at creation | Yes |
| Deadline | Unix timestamp for quest expiry | Yes |
| Category | Design, Dev, Content, Research, Other | Yes |
| Rarity | Assigned by Corvus based on complexity | Auto |
| Attachments | Reference files, examples, specs (IPFS) | No |
Rarity Tiers
Corvus assigns every quest a rarity tier based on complexity, required skills, and reward size. Rarity determines the NFT card art, visual treatment, and on-chain traits.
| Tier | Reward Range | Complexity | Card Art |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 0.1 – 1 SOL | Low — single skill, clear scope | Parchment, sepia tones |
| Rare | 1 – 5 SOL | Medium — multi-skill, moderate scope | Blue-tinted, foil accents |
| Epic | 5 – 20 SOL | High — specialized, time-intensive | Purple glow, animated border |
| Legendary | 20+ SOL | Elite — rare expertise, major scope | Gold foil, particle effects, bullet holes |
Corvus AI Judge
Corvus is GOGquest's AI evaluation engine. It serves two functions: rarity assignment at quest creation, and completion evaluation at submission.
Rarity Assignment
When a quest is posted, Corvus scores it across four dimensions: technical complexity, required skill breadth, deliverable scope, and reward size. The weighted score maps to a rarity tier.
Completion Evaluation
When a hunter submits, Corvus evaluates the deliverable against the original acceptance criteria. The verdict is binary: Gold (pass) or Grave (fail). There is no partial credit.
Corvus checks: (1) Does the deliverable address every stated requirement? (2) Does it meet the quality bar implicit in the reward size? (3) Was it submitted before the deadline? All three must pass.
Dispute Window
If a hunter disagrees with a Grave verdict, they may invoke a 24-hour dispute window. A second Corvus evaluation is triggered with the hunter's rebuttal included. The second verdict is final.
SOL Escrow
Every quest reward is held in a program-derived address (PDA) on Solana at the moment of quest creation. The quest giver's SOL is never accessible to GOGquest — only the smart contract can release it.
Escrow States
| State | Trigger | Action |
|---|---|---|
Locked | Quest created | SOL held in PDA |
Claimed | Hunter claims quest | Quest locked to claimant |
Released | Corvus: Gold verdict | SOL sent to hunter |
Returned | Corvus: Grave verdict / Expired | SOL returned to quest giver |
Cancelled | Quest giver cancels (unclaimed only) | SOL returned, 0.1% protocol fee |

Security
GOGquest never holds user private keys or requires signing permissions beyond the specific transaction in progress. The escrow PDA is owned exclusively by the on-chain program — not by any admin wallet.
GOGquest will never DM you asking for your seed phrase or private key. Any such message is a scam. The official CA will only be announced via @GOGquest on X.
Getting Started
To use GOGquest you need:
- → A Solana wallet (Phantom recommended)
- → Some SOL for gas and quest rewards
- → $GOG token (optional, for advanced features)
Connect your wallet at gogquest.xyz and you're in.
Post a Quest
-
1Connect Wallet
Click "Connect" and approve the connection in Phantom. No signing required yet.
-
2Fill the Quest Form
Title, description, reward amount, deadline, category. Write clear acceptance criteria — Corvus judges against exactly what you write.
-
3Lock Reward
Approve the transaction to lock your SOL in escrow. Corvus assigns rarity. The quest goes live on the board immediately.
-
4Wait for a Hunter
You'll be notified when your quest is claimed and again when it's submitted. Corvus evaluates automatically — no action needed from you.
Claim a Quest
-
1Browse the Board
Filter by rarity, category, or reward size. Read the quest brief carefully — Corvus will hold you to it.
-
2Claim
Click "Claim Quest" and approve the transaction. The quest is now locked to your wallet. No one else can claim it.
-
3Do the Work
Complete the quest. Upload deliverables to IPFS or provide a URL. Submit before the deadline or the escrow returns to the quest giver.
-
4Gold or Grave
Corvus evaluates within minutes. Pass → SOL lands in your wallet + NFT card minted. Fail → attempt burned on-chain.
NFT Cards
Every completed quest mints a unique NFT card on Solana. The card's rarity, art, and on-chain traits reflect the quest that was completed. Your card collection is your permanent, verifiable guild record.
Card Traits
| Trait | Description |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Common / Rare / Epic / Legendary |
| Quest Type | Design / Dev / Content / Research / Other |
| Reward | SOL amount of the completed quest |
| Completion Date | Unix timestamp of Corvus Gold verdict |
| Hunter Address | Wallet that completed the quest |
| Quest Hash | On-chain reference to quest PDA |
Legendary cards will grant access to exclusive high-reward quests. Card collections will factor into hunter rank and guild status in v2.

FAQ
Is GOGquest live?
The landing page and waitlist are live. The quest board and token launch are upcoming. Join the waitlist at gogquest.xyz to be first.
What happens if a hunter abandons a quest?
If the deadline passes without a submission, the escrow automatically returns to the quest giver. The hunter's claim is voided and the quest can be re-listed.
Can a quest giver cancel after a hunter claims?
No. Once a quest is claimed, it cannot be cancelled by the quest giver. This protects hunters from having the reward pulled after they've started work.
What if Corvus gets it wrong?
Hunters holding 10,000+ $GOG can invoke the dispute window. A second Corvus evaluation runs with the hunter's rebuttal. The second verdict is final.
Where is the CA?
The contract address will be announced on @GOGquest on X at launch. Never buy a token claiming to be $GOG before the official announcement.
